• Personal Identifiers: First and last name, email address, mailing address, and phone number of the parent, guardian, or client, and, where relevant to services, the first name, age or grade level, and reading-related information of the student, in each case as voluntarily submitted through our contact or booking forms or during communications.

• Service Information: Scheduling preferences, session history, records of services purchased, correspondence, and payment records.

• Payment Information: Payment is processed through third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on our systems; we may retain limited transaction records (such as date, amount, and confirmation).

• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and interactions with the Site, collected automatically through cookies, log files, and analytics tools.

We do not intentionally collect more information about a child than is reasonably necessary to provide our services, and we collect a child's information only from, or with the verifiable consent of, the child's parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health-condition data) beyond what a parent or guardian voluntarily provides in describing a student's learning needs; any such information is used solely to provide our services.
